Hi there!  I’m glad you’re here…

I study, research, write about and speak on happiness.  I understand the science behind happiness and the thoughts, habits and actions that genuinely allow us to become happier.

But right now I’m struggling.  Even though I KNOW what to do, it’s sometimes hard to make myself do it.  So, I decided to create a quick little 5 day course that will remind me, and YOU, of what we need to be doing during these turbulent times to FIND OUR HAPPY!

  • BE MINDFUL – especially during turbulent times when you feel scattered.  Before we can go forward in strength, we have to come back home to our center.  It’s amazing what just learning to breathe can do for you!

  • FOCUS OR UN-FOCUS – Focus on what’s important and what actions will benefit you and UN-FOCUS on FEAR and what’s keeping you stuck.
  • QUARANTINE, DON’T ISOLATE – there is power in human connections and reaching out to those that matter.  You can be alone but still be connected.
